Booking Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies may vary by service provider, but generally: 

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge 
  • 12-24 hours notice: Possible partial charge 
  • Less than 12 hours: Full service charge may apply 
  • Same-day cancellations: Full charge typically applies 

If a service provider needs to cancel, we immediately notify you and help reschedule with the same provider or offer alternatives. You will never be charged for provider-initiated cancellations.
